Growing up in rural western Kentucky, Chef Josh connected with food early.
He fondly remembers meals around the dinner table with friends and family.
After attending culinary school, he worked his way up through several kitchens and eventually became Executive Sous Chef for one of the nation’s largest microbreweries.
He eventually moved to Nashville, TN, where he became Executive/ Corporate Chef of multiple restaurant & pub venues, catering private meals for music, sports, and film industry clientele.
In the Spring of 2017, he moved with his wife and 3 children to Florida’s Emerald Coast to permanently live in their favorite vacation paradise.
Josh has always had a strong affinity for the coastal cuisine of this area and has a passion for creating new and innovative concepts with the area’s best ingredients.
